MODERNIZATION OF EXISTING CLASSROOM BUILDING & POOL AT ROOSEVELT HS–PHASE B
Full modernization of classroom buildings and significant pool modernization, including mechanical and filtration system upgrades, ADA access improvements, deck resurfacing, and drainage enhancements. Additional scope included ADA upgrades, site work, and infrastructure improvements.
